instructions.
Note that the information provided in each figure is for
EXAMPLE
purposes only. The text you will need to change is marked in
red.
Please change your settings according to the written instructions.

Open Outlook
Express and click "Preferences" on the tool bar.

Click the "Email"
item and change your "E-Mail Address."
Also,
check the "SMTP server" and "POP server" using the following:
If you are
in:
AR, LA,
MS, TN or TX, use: mail.so.centurytel.net
MI or OH,
use: mail.gl.centurytel.net
WI, use:
mail.mw.centurytel.net
CO, MT,
WA or OR, use: mail.nw.centurytel.net

Click OK to
save the changes and you're done!
